Surprise! Easter Egg Buddies Craft · Craftwhack
These Easter egg buddies are insanely fun to make – what starts out every bit a cute decorated Easter egg rapidly turns into a surprise friend lurking within the shell, waiting to make your acquaintance.
And all you need is paper, markers, and a pencil. Life is good when crafts are this simple.
Directions
Catch your letter of the alphabet-sized newspaper and fold it twice. I folded the top downwardly to just about an inch over the bottom border, then folded the top support. You tin experiment with where yous want to fold it, and you can come across in my photos and video approximately where I folded.
Draw your egg on the front of the folded paper. You tin can trace my egg printout if you like, or freehand your eggs. Because I am the all-time thing ever, I have included for y'all:
- A downloadable egg to trace – I printed this out at 60%
- A downloadable pre-drawn egg to fold if you don't want to draw your own egg
Outline the egg in Black marking, and add any within details y'all like: face, egg babies, creepy monsters!
Close the egg upwardly and decorate the outside. (Put a slice of paper inside the dorsum of the fold so the marker doesn't bleed through.)
Here Are Some of Mine
This is apparently influenced by my surprise ferocious beings project, so check it out if you lot want more than ideas!
